Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. Children do not create their own accounts; information about a child is entered and managed by their parent or legal guardian.

Use of the Service

• Joining the EasyCoParenting waitlist or creating an account
• Using the app for lawful co-parenting, caregiving, or mediation purposes
• Completing optional surveys
• Receiving updates about our product

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in harmful activities.

Waitlist position

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, product availability, or future features. We may modify or remove the waitlist at any time.

Plans & billing

Free and Pro plans are described on our Pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Plans purchased on the web are billed via Stripe and managed through the billing portal in your account settings. Plans purchased in the iOS or Android app are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through your App Store or Google Play account settings, not through us directly.

AI-assisted features

Some features (such as rewriting a message in a calmer tone) use AI to process content you choose to submit. These features are provided to assist you and are not a substitute for legal, medical, or professional advice. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this content is processed.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of documents, messages, and media you upload to the app. We store this data in encrypted storage and only access it to provide support or enforce these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse other users, or interfere with service integrity. You may request deletion of your account at any time — see our Account & Data Deletion page for details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, illustrations, text) is owned by Avenir Ventures Inc. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it.

Disclaimer

This website and waitlist are provided “as is” without warranties. We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avenir Ventures Inc. is not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the website or participation in the waitlist.

We may update these terms and will post the latest version on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
